Every time the AYS program is run, the program installer starts automatically, sometimes in an endless loop.
When running AYS, a message similar to the following randomly appears:
Error: -2147467259 – Disk or network error.
When running AYS using Windows Remote Desktop Services or Windows Terminal Services, the following message appears:
At Your Service – Repair Centre has stopped working

When trying to print or export to a PDF from AYS, a message similar to the following appears:
Error: -2147206398 – Memory full
To send the User log file for the logged in Windows user to At Your Service Software, Inc., select File > Logs > Send User Log File from the main program menu.
To send the Process Manager log file to At Your Service Software, Inc., select File > Logs > Send Program Manager Log File from the main program menu. Only the program administrator may send the Process Manager log file.
To view the User log for the logged in Windows user, select File > Logs > User Log from the main program menu.
To view the QuickBooks log for the logged in Windows user, select File > Logs > QuickBooks Log from the main program menu.
To view the Process Manager log, select File > Logs > Program Manager Log from the main program menu. Only the program administrator may view the Process Manager log file.
Any file can be sent to At Your Service Software, Inc. using the At Your Service – Database Repair Utility.
When sending an email from within AYS, the following message appears:
Error: 32014 – Unknown recipient
When running AYS, a message similar to the following randomly appears:
Error: -2147217865 – The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query ‘xxx‘. Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly.
When running AYS, the following message appears:
Error: 429 – ActiveX component can’t create object
