What happened to the Repair SQL edition?

The Repair SQL edition was renamed as the Repair Enterprise edition in June 2014 in preparation for the release of AYS version 4.0.

There are additional enterprise level features in the Repair Enterprise edition that were not in the Repair SQL edition and are not in the Repair edition.

What happened to the Retail SQL edition?
What happened to the Repair Micro edition?
