What happened to the Retail SQL edition?

The Retail SQL edition was renamed as the Retail Enterprise edition in June 2014 in preparation for the release of AYS version 4.0.

There are additional enterprise level features in the Retail Enterprise edition that were not in the Retail SQL edition and are not in the Retail edition.

What happened to the Repair SQL edition?
What happened to the Repair Micro edition?
