How do I install custom AYS report files?

Custom AYS report files must be copied to a special folder. The AYS program will automatically check that folder before printing any report to see if there is a custom version of the report file. If a custom report file exists then it will be used in place of the default report file.

All report files have a .rpt file extension. You may have modified a report file yourself, or may have had AYS customize a report file for you. If you are on a 32-bit operating system then copy your custom report file(s) to C:\Program Files\At Your Service\Custom. If you are on a 64-bit operating system then copy your custom report file(s) to C:\Program Files (x86)\At Your Service\Custom. If the folder does not already exist then you may have to manually create it.  If you are uncertain as to whether your operating system is 32-bit or 64-bit then select Help > About At Your Service from the main menu and the bitness of your operating system will be displayed.

All custom report files have a .aysrpt file extension. You may have modified a report file yourself, or may have had AYS customize a report file for you. Simply double-click each custom report file and it will be automatically installed.
