The Online Repair Status Lookup feature in in AYS Repair Centre lets you easily share repair updates with your customers. Whether you subscribe to our annual hosting service or host it on your own servers, this tool integrates seamlessly with your existing website.
The system automatically generates and uploads the necessary web pages, allowing your customers to check their status, view details, and even accept or reject estimates online. Best of all, it displays your business logo and contact information, ensuring a consistent brand experience. (If you prefer complete control, you can also export the raw data to your own servers and fully customize the user interface.)
We offer two ways for your customers to access their information:
1. Single-record lookup
Perfect for one-time customers or those with a few repairs on the go, this option allows users to quickly view a specific repair order with just the information they need. They can review the status and approve or reject estimates immediately using their default email client.

Designed for clients that have to manage a lot of repairs at once or corporate accounts, this portal lets customers log in to view a complete list of their outstanding repair orders. You generate their account number and password directly within AYS Repair Centre.
