To view the User log for the logged in Windows user, select File > Logs > User Log from the main program menu.
To view the QuickBooks log for the logged in Windows user, select File > Logs > QuickBooks Log from the main program menu.
To view the Process Manager log, select File > Logs > Program Manager Log from the main program menu. Only the program administrator may view the Process Manager log file.
Log File Locations
The folders in which the log files are located depends on your operating system and AYS license version.
The User log file for the logged in Windows user will be located in one of the following folders:
- For Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 operating systems or later with an AYS license version of 2.6 or later:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\At Your Service\Log\AYSUser.log - For operating systems earlier than Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 with an AYS license version of 2.6 or later:
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\At Your Service\Log\AYSUser.log - For 32-bit operating systems with an AYS license version earlier than 2.6:
C:\Program Files\At Your Service\Log\AYSUser.log - For 64-bit operating systems with an AYS license version earlier than 2.6:
C:\Program Files (x86)\At Your Service\Log\AYSUser.log
The Process Manager log file will be located in one of the following folders:
