The following steps will help you to do a clean uninstall of all AYS files and settings from your computer.
Uninstalling the main AYS program
If you have installed the AYS Internet Utility as a service then open the Internet Utility and select Startup > Uninstall Internet Utility Service.
Open Windows Settings, go to Apps & features, select the At Your Service application, and then select Uninstall. Follow the prompts on the screen.
Removing remaining files
A few files are not removed during a regular uninstall (such as your license and AYS database) so that if you are upgrading to a newer version or edition then you will not lose any important data or settings. Be sure to back up any important files before manually deleting any files or folders.
Deleting incorrect files or folders can cause serious, system-wide problems that may require you to re-install Windows to correct them. Manually deleting any files or folders is done at your own risk.
If any of the following folders still exist after the standard uninstall then you may choose to manually delete them along with the files within those folders:
C:\ProgramData\At Your Service\
C:\Program Files\At Your Service\
C:\Program Files (x86)\At Your Service\
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\At Your Service\
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Temp\At Your Service\ C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\At Your Service\
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\At Your Service\
C:\Users\UserName\Documents\At Your Service\
If there are unexpected errors after upgrading to a newer AYS version then it is recommended to particularly delete the above-referenced VirtualStore folders.
Removing remaining Windows registry settings
A few Windows registry settings are not removed during a regular uninstall (such as workstation-based personal preferences) so that if you are upgrading to a newer version or edition then you will not lose any important settings.
Using the Windows Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious, system-wide problems that may require you to re-install Windows to correct them. At Your Service Software, Inc. cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the use of Windows Registry Editor can be solved. Use this tool at your own risk.
If any of the following Windows registry settings still exist after the standard uninstall then you may choose to manually delete them using the Windows Registry Editor:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.ay2
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.ay3
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.ays
